MyCareer MyFuture Program is a collaboration program between Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and My-Partners. This pilot project will involve 1000 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree graduates where the program will train them for 10 weeks in contact centre operations, communications and customer service. The training includes classroom, instructor-led setup as well as practical sessions that simulates real-life call centre scenarios.
The objectives of the program are as follows:
- To meet the demand for high skilled and competent call centre agents by local and international outsourcing companies
- To enhance university graduates’ employability
- To make call centre agent a fulfilling career of choice
The program is hoped to reduce unemployment among graduates, promotes growth of local outsourcing industry, increase supply of high quality workforce, reduces demand and dependency on foreign workers as well as to develop excellent business and communication skills for graduates. |
