Project Executive
(Selangor - Bandar Damansara Perdana)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to scope requirements of the customer and ensure all technical questions are satisfactorily answered.
• Support sales team through technical product demonstrations & discussions.
• Design & carry out implementation for our solutions at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance, consulting services and troubleshooting support for customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Solid knowledge in Technical Support (hardware, networking), Windows Servers and networking equipment.
• Basic knowledge of programming in web, Visual Studio.NET and VB.
• Good understanding of a technical environment, ideally gained from working within a systems integrator organization.
• Smart, confident, articulate and credible in front of customers.
• Proficient in written and spoken Malay and English.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
